Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for dg14 Malaysia

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dg14 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"), which owns and operates the dg14.my website and all related services.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any feature on the dg14 platform, you automatically express your full and unconditional agreement to all terms set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access our platform, regardless of whether you have read these terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with dg14's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and dg14 regarding your use of this platform.

2. Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of dg14 services, including deposits and withdrawals, you must register a valid account. The following registration requirements must be met:

• Identity Verification: dg14 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, such as a copy of your MyKad or relevant documents, before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or when suspicious activity is detected.

Dg14 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. dg14's decision in such matters is final and binding.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

• Failed deposits will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by dg14. DuitNow is the fastest withdrawal method available on dg14.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–10 minutes for regular members, and faster for VIP members. Withdrawals of very large amounts may be subject to additional review.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new dg14 members making their first deposit only. Each individual is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once via multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific game categories on dg14. Using a bonus on unauthorised games may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6. General Game Rules

All games at dg14 — including online slots, Live Casino, fishing games, and table games — are run using a verified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). The outcome of every game is final and binding.

• Game Outcome: All game results are final once a round is completed. dg14 will not reverse or alter game outcomes for personal reasons, unless a verified technical error on the platform's part is established.
• Technical Interruption: If a game round is interrupted due to an internet connection disruption or a technical issue not caused by dg14, the platform will use server-side data to determine the final outcome of that round.
• Display Error: In the event of a display error or software malfunction, dg14 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Dg14 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances without prior notice:

• False or inaccurate registration information
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards dg14 staff or other members
• Requests from Malaysian authorities
• Death of the account holder (account will be closed upon receipt of official notification)

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, dg14 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For account closures arising from other reasons not involving a breach, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may also close your dg14 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via email or live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24–48 hours.

9. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Dg14 provides an online entertainment platform and makes every effort to ensure continuous service availability. However, there are limitations of liability that all members should be aware of:
